Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging. All returns require an RMA number.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@duropc.com for an RMA number.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
